Well, THAT….is an interesting question. And one that completely depends on what your perfect lake day looks like!

One important thing to note that most people are not aware of:
Lake Como is BIG.
Like really big.

For example, just to get from Como to Bellagio by water (without going uncomfortably fast) takes an hour…and that’s without slowing down to enjoy any of the beautiful villas or quaint villages, which we’re sure you will want to do. Add on top of that a stop for lunch or a stroll in one of those quaint villages, plus the return trip and you’re looking at 3-4 hours minimum.

All this to say, we rarely find clients to end up booking TOO MUCH time on the lake. ;)

We get it...shit happens. And when it does, we got you. That's why, should you or your party need to cancel up to 24 hours before your tour, we offer a full refund. No questions asked, no percentage kept, no bullshit.

If you cancel after that, or in the case of a no-show, we charge 50% of the total tour price. Not because we want to, but because, as Franky would say...”That's Life.”

You may reschedule your trip with no penalty anytime up to 24 hours before your trip, subject to availability. Should you need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or if your desired date and time of reschedule is not available, you are subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Of course, we are planning on spending the perfect day with you, complete with shining sun and calm waters and a perfect 82 degrees (or 28 degrees for the 99% of the world that uses celsius). However, we unfortunately are not Poseidon and we can't control the seas (although we're working on it). So, in the case of inclement weather, we will be in contact within 12 hours of your scheduled departure time to inform you of any potential cancelation. Any cancelation by Franky's, whether due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance will result in a 100% refund to you, the customer.

However, we can pick you up pretty much anywhere there is public dock access, which includes most of the lakefront villages as well as some lakefront hotels. Check with us or your hotel concierge if you’re unsure.

We offer free pickups anywhere in the southwest basin of the lake (between Como and Argegno). Anything farther and there may be an additional fuel surcharge, so just check with us and we’ll shoot you a quote!

Absolutely! Just be sure to tell your captain if you are not a proficient swimmer.

Also, just an FYI, it’s 430 meters deep. Don’t try to touch the bottom.

While tips are not expected, should you wish to tip your driver for exemplary service, you will have the opportunity at the end of your journey.

Absolutely! We offer all of our guests their choice of white wine, assorted soft drinks, bottled water, and of course, bottomless prosecco, as well as some light snacks. However, if you’d like to bring your own snacks or refreshments, feel free! We just kindly request clear or non-staining liquids (white boats and all).

For safety reasons, no minors under the age of 10 are permitted on board. Any children between 10-18 are welcome on our cruises with parental supervision.
